Botanical Blends & Balance Grief Support Group
Grief is deeply personal, but it should never be experienced alone. This intimate, 8-week support group offers a gentle and restorative space for individuals navigating loss to come together, reflect, and heal.
Held in the peaceful garden of the Heavenly Home, this experience blends traditional grief support with holistic practices designed to nurture both emotional and physical well-being.
About the Experience
This small-group series is designed to create a sense of connection, safety, and renewal. Through guided discussions and experiential practices, participants will explore meaningful ways to honor their grief while learning tools to support ongoing self-care.
Each session incorporates:
- Supportive group sharing
- Restorative aromatherapy
- Guided imagery and reflection
- Gentle practices to promote balance and healing
The group is intentionally limited to just eight participants to ensure a deeply personal and supportive experience.
Facilitator
The group is led by Michelle D. Montgomery, B.A., I.A.C., RYT, Principal of Botanical Blends and Balance, a Southern California–based holistic aromatherapy and wellness practice. She brings a compassionate, integrative approach to supporting individuals through grief and life transitions.
