This year the Southern California Hospice Foundation teamed up with First Service Residential, as they adopted a number of our patients during the holidays.
First Service Residential adopted several SCHF patients for the holidays. They donated Christmas trees, decorations, food, gift cards and holiday cheer for those at the end-of-life.
Heather’s wish was to attend a wine tasting with her friends and family. With the help of Peltzer Winery, Grapeline Tours, and many others, SoCal Hospice was able to make her wish come true!
