The Southern California Hospice Foundation is committed to elevating how a patient lives. We have already established a legacy of providing families with physical, spiritual and emotional support that has enabled us to grow steadily. SCHF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that serves the specific needs of Southern California residents facing life-limiting illnesses, regardless of their ability to pay. All donations are tax deductible.
